“People don’t want to age - they want to anti-age” -Mona Liza Tolla

Anti-Aging Regenerative Healthcare

The key focus is on guiding them on their health journey with services and treatment plans proven to heal the body from the inside-out, ensuring optimal-dramatic- lasting results.

An Integrative Medical-Spa Combo Clinic

Mona’s aim is rooted in her belief to care and treat the ‘whole’ person vs. one thing here, one thing there, or this medical condition or that other medical condition. The body is a whole ecosystem. Mona feels it is unfortunate clients lack whole-person care in our current medical model and it’s segmented status; it should not be just what we can “see” or each of the individual’s disease states.

  • To assist the body to do what it is already designed to do: HEAL, REGENERATE, REJUVENATE, and FUNCTION at its maximum capacity.

Mona is also an Executive Board Member and Nurse Practitioner for Wicks Health Foundation.

  • Starting with a consultation: Patient evaluation, objective analysis, treatment planning, education & counseling, support of health/weight/skin conditions (In certain cases, review of recent & past medical records may be helpful).

Establish healing and outcomes through a VERY customized-care approach for each client. To fulfill the needs of their body by utilizing procedures, treatments, testing and research-backed therapies that are proven to aid the body to operate at maximum function.

Mona Liza Tolla, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC, is the founder and healthcare provider at Mona Liza Medical Aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at University of Central Florida and her Master of Science at South University, graduating with highest honors in both programs. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner since February 2017. Mona Liza is a passionate patient advocate with a medical background in Internal Medicine, Post-Acute Care, and Clinical Trial Research. She serves a diverse patient population in the greater Orlando area and often sought out for her second opinion. Her formerly held position as a Clinical Trial Sub-Investigator offered her an up close & personal experience where she learned a unique method and rhythm for gathering data, reviewing blood work/abnormalities/side effects while administering subject care to help researchers better understand the effects of disease on the body.

Over the past 5 years, Mona has also been advancing her education in the field of Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetics. She has invested her time, energy, and earnings acquiring an arsenal of knowledge in these areas. As much as she enjoys building an increasing awareness of current trends and treatments, Mona’s ultimate passion is helping others “feel good in their skin.” She credits the body as the ultimate machine that turns things around. There is artistry in ‘restoring’ beauty. Her belief is that guiding individuals on correcting inner biology in combination with outer beauty is where truer results are realized and maintained. She’s coined it as her “inside-out approach”, giving the body what it needs on a foundational/cellular level while investigating aging offenders/radical damage, etc. Mona approaches her individualized consult from a medical position first, not aesthetic. She does not just focus on outer beauty alone, “there is a medical history to contend with.” Consultations, in her opinion, should be thorough and specific, treatment timelines taken into account as well as budget discussion and building the plan from there. An equally important philosophy of hers is aiming for clients to have a “fresh appearance”, not overdone. Clients should be restored in a gentle, subtle way; ‘natural’ is very powerful in and of itself.

  • Mona was approved by the State of Florida Department of Health to operate an Independent Practice. In March 2021 she qualified to become an Autonomous Practice APRN and is very excited to roll out some of her plans -as she sprints toward the future!

The time has finally come for her to perform care in an environment that lacks stress, angst, and the feeling of being rushed. She intends to thoroughly soak up every ounce of joy on this new journey. Most of all, she relishes the idea of serving people in the manner she always dreamed of.

Mona’s anti-aging passion and holistic background makes her uniquely qualified to offer you the following services: Preventative healthcare, health education, counseling, and treatment of health conditions to include weight loss support, treatment, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Mona also offers aesthetic and wellness services including skin consultations for assessment with an incremental, long-term plan. Treatments can include any of the following: SkinPen Precision Microneedling Collagen-induction therapy (can be combined with PRP), PRP take home Skincare Line, PRP Hair Loss Restoration, PRP Joint Injections (boosting the health of connective tissue), Botox, Dry Salt therapy, IV Nutrition Therapy and Vitamin injections.

Additionally, Mona offers a Health & Wellness online store of supplements proven to support: Immunity, eye, gut/digestive/liver and skin health; optimize and support cellular health, energy and improved hydration, promote antioxidant capacity, cardiovascular support as well as aiding the nervous system.

Mona’s passion and focus is on disease prevention and preventative treatments. Her clinical interests include nutrition, weight loss therapies, lifestyle strategies, and the combined use of conventional and natural medicine. However, what she enjoys most is medical detective work: Uncovering the potential offender or root cause of what’s ailing a patient. Taking a holistic approach, she turns over every stone. Mona examines previous medical records, gathers findings of previous results, and hunts for missed information/steps/symptoms not taken into initial set of complaints. Her unique ability to analyze the ‘big picture’, pull together clues, build a timeline, in addition to the patient’s physical evaluation are all equally important to her. Mona’s attention to detail often leads to positively identifying a long-undiscovered health condition. She has a knack for cracking a medical mystery sometimes by simply conducting an effective interview. She feels “actually listening to the patient” allows for a more specialized investigation in unearthing hints that lead to an appropriate plan for treatment. She equally enjoys participating in her patient’s healing and overcoming something that has prevented optimal wellness for so long.
